Imagine, if you are paying at least Php10,000 pesos per month on your apartment or condo unit, you&#8217;ll end up paying Php120,000 for one whole year, and if you&#8217;re doing this already for 5 years, that&#8217;s a whopping Php600,000! And what did you get? Well, you get a place to live in, but still, even if you stayed there for 5 years, you still can&#8217;t call it your own.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;ve heard many times already from friends and some people that if you really want to get rich, you should venture into real estate. Well, I don&#8217;t have any idea how to get into such market and I don&#8217;t even have that much money to start with.</p>
<p><span id="more-354"></span>Lately, I had a meeting with a friend and I just found out that she&#8217;s into real estate. Hmm, I think that&#8217;s one of her secret for getting and staying rich. Hehe. Anyway, one of her friends is convincing me to buy one of their <em>products</em>, but unfortunately, I don&#8217;t have that much money to get one. Well, he told me that if I can refer some people to them, I can get some referral fee ranging from 0.5% to 3.5% depending on the effort I gave to make the sale.</p>
<p>Hmm, 0.5% of P1,000,000 is P5000, and 3.5% of P1,000,000 is P35,000. Not bad as a sideline, right? Having heard that, the marketing and entrepreneural side of me started computing. So, if I could refer to them at least 20 persons a month and 2 of them purchased something worth 1 Million, I&#8217;ll have an extra 10000 to 70000 a month, right? And where <em>the hell</em> will I get those persons?</p>
<p>Simple. Search engine traffic. Now, it&#8217;s time to optimize my blog for a more popular and beneficial keywords. Enough of <em>erap plunder case</em> and <em>zte ringtones</em>. Hehe. <em>(Yup, I&#8217;m getting traffic from google for those keywords)</em> The time has come to earn more on my blog other than the pay-per-click advertisement.</p>
<p>So, this means that you&#8217;ll be seeing some real estate related articles on this blog anytime soon. Maybe, at least once a week. <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.0.3/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>
