Imagine this. What if lahat ng nagmember sa Costco na inirefer mo, automatic may kikitain ka sa lahat ng purchases nila? Wala kang ibang ginawa kundi inirefer mo lang sila. Hindi ka magbebenta. Sa Costco sila diretso bibili ng kung anumang produktong gusto nila. Pero kikita ka sa lahat ng bibilhin nila. Magandang business ba yun? Syempre naman!

Kaso, wala namang ganung program ang Costco….

What if sabihin ko sa iyo na may alam akong isang online shopping club na ganun mismo ang ginagawa? Magrerefer ka lang ng customer sa kanila. Hindi ka magbebenta. Lahat ng bibilhin nila dun sa online shopping club, kikita ka kasi ikaw ang nagrefer. Again, hindi ka magbebenta. Diretso sila dun sa online shopping club na website, doon sila mamimili ng gusto nilang produkto, pero kikita ka. Forever, nakatali na sila sa iyo since ikaw ang nagrefer. Basta bumili sila dun, kikita ka. Kahit nakahilata ka lang sa bahay nyo or kahit natutulog ka pa. Ayos ba yun?

Hindi ka magbebenta (paulit-ulit? ). Walang inventory. Walang live selling. Walang return to sender kasi wala ka namang ipapaship. Wala kang ibang gagawin kundi magrefer lang nang magrefer. Syempre, mas marami kang nairefer na magiging regular customer nung online shopping club, mas malaki ang kita. Walang limit sa pagrefer. Kung kakaririn mo ito, habang tumatagal na dumarami ang referral mo, palaki nang palaki ang kita mo. Lifetime income pagdating ng panahon! Ayos di ga? Di ba?

Bagong concept ba yan? No. Matagal na ito. Mag 40 years na ang sistemang ito at libo libong tao na sa Canada at USA ang nagsashopping sa online shopping club na ito at bilyong dolyares na ang naipamigay na komisyon sa mga nagrerefer. Yes. Billion dollarsss!

Pagdating dito, may trabaho naman ako, pero nasanay kasi ako na may ginagawang extra after office hours. Sayang naman ang mga oras na lumilipas na pwede pang gamitin para kumita. So, natuklasan ko nga iyan.

Ano naman ang mga produkto? Paano ka naman magiging partner nila para makapagrefer? Kung talagang interesado ka, iclick mo lang ito at sagutan ang survey. Dyan mo malalaman ang buong detalye ng opportunity na ito.

So bago natin umpisahan kung paano mag-invest sa stock market, una muna nating alamin, ano ba ang stock market at paano ba kumikita o nalulugi dito?

I’ll do my best na gawin ito in layman’s term para maintindihan ng mga ordinaryong tao na kagaya ko.

Ano Ang Stock Market?

Ang stock market, sa pinakasimpleng paliwanag, ay isang palengke kung saan ang mga tao ay bumibili at nagbebenta ng stocks. Market nga eh. Ano naman yung stocks? Yun ang ibinebenta at binibili sa stock market. Maliwanag? Sa Pilipinas, yung Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSEi) ang stock market dito. Sa ibang bansa, meron din sila kagaya ng New York Stock Exchange sa US. Pero nasa Pilipinas tayo, kaya sa PSEi tayo.

Ano Ang Stocks?

Ang stocks o shares of stocks na tinatawag ay isang porsyento ng pag-aari mo sa isang kumpanya. Yung mga malalaki kasing kumpanya sa Pilipinas, may mga shares of stocks sa stock market na ibinenta nila sa publiko. Bakit sila nagbenta? Para makakuha sila ng dagdag puhunan para sa kanilang negosyo. So, yung mga bumili ng shares of stocks na tinatawag na mga stock holders, meron ngayon silang porsyento ng pag-aari dun sa kumpanya. Yung shares na yun ang ibinebenta at binibili sa stock market. So, kung bumili ka ng shares of stocks, nagiging may-ari ka ng isang kumpanya, sort of, kasi, may porsyento ka sa stocks nila. Maliwanag na?

Paano Ka Kikita sa Stock Market?

Una, sa dibidendo. Kapag kumita yung kumpanya, pwede kang bigyan ng dibidendo. Yung dibidendo, pwedeng pera ang ibigay sa iyo or pwedeng dagdag stocks na libre na. Syempre, yung laki ng makukuha mong dibidendo, depende kung gaano kalaki or karami yung binili mong stocks. Natural, mas marami kang shares, mas malaki ang dibidendo mo kumpara sa konti lang yung shares. Gaano sila kadalas magbigay ng dibidendo? Depende na sa trip nila. Merong nagbibigay once a year.

Pangalawa, pwede kang kumita sa pabago-bagong presyo ng stocks. Simpleng rule: Buy low, sell high. Halimbawa, bumili ka ngayon ng 10 shares ng Jollibee sa halagang P200/share. So, P2000 ang binayaran mo. Kinabukasan, nagbago ang presyo ng Jollibee shares, naging P210/share. Kung ibebenta mo yung 10 shares mo, P2100 mo mabebenta. Kumita ka ng P100 in one day! That’s just a sample, pwedeng ganyang kalaki, pwedeng barya lang, at pwede ring bumaba ang presyo at malugi ka. Hindi ka naman required magbenta araw-araw eh. Nasa diskarte mo na yan.

Another example, bili ka ngayon, 10 shares ng Jollibee, P200/share. Bayad kang P2000. Tapos, natulog ka ng 5 years. After 5 years, nagising ka at P800/share na ang Jollibee , ibinenta mo ngayon yung 10 shares mo. Magkano mo ibebenta? Natural, P8000 yung 10 shares, kumita ng P6000 yung 10 shares mo in 5 years. Imagine, natulog ka lang, kumita ka ng P6000! Sample lang yan. Pwedeng mangyari, pwedeng hindi. Yan yung tinatawag nilang long-term investing. Ibababad mo yung pera mo ng ilang taon. Mas malaki ang kita kumpara kung idedeposit mo lang sa bangko. Depende pa rin kung gaano katatag yung kumpanya na binilhan mo ng shares. Kung paggising mo, wala nang Jollibee, goodbye na rin sa pera mo.

Kaya sinasabi nila, parang sugal daw ito. Hindi mo kasi alam anong mangyayari. Pero may mga diskarte. I prefer not to do regular trading, yung araw-araw nag-aabang ka ng pagtaas at pagbaba ng presyo ng shares? Basta ako, bili lang nang bili using my spare money na sa halip na idedeposit ko sa bangko, dun na lang. May mga research naman na ginagawa ang mga stock brokers para isuggest kung alin ang murang bilhin. Ano yung stock broker? Sila yung middleman mo na direkta nagtatransact sa stock market. Sa kanila ka daraan. Though may disclaimer sila na hindi accurate sa totoong mangyayari yung research nila dahil wala naman talagang nakaaalam ng mangyayari sa presyo, yun pa rin sinusunod ko dahil nagresearch naman sila. So far, hindi pa naman ako nalugi.

Paano Mag-umpisa? Magkano Ang Puhunan?

Yan naman siguro ang tanong mo? Nag-umpisa ako sa puhunang P5,000 lang! Oo, P5,000 lang. Yan lang ang kailangan mo kung gusto mong mag-umpisa. Hindi mo kailangan ng milyon milyon! Kung may P5,000 ka na, ang irerecommend ko sa iyo, natural, yung ginagamit kong stock broker. I can’t speak for others na hindi ko alam kung paano ang diskarte sa kanila. So, anong ginagamit ko? Yung COLFinancial.com. Online kasi sya kaya madali lang magbuy and sell ng stocks.

Anong kelangan para makapag-open ng account sa COLFinancial.com? Yung mga forms nila, kelangan mong fill-upan. Kelangan mo rin mag-submit ng government-issued ID at billing statement. Paano Bumili ng Shares?

Kapag may account ka na, ibrowse mo na lang yung website at makikita mo kung saan doon nagbabuy and sell ng shares. Kaya mo na yan, malaki ka na, just browse and study the website. Hint, look for “Trade”. Take note sa pagbili, kelangan mong tingnan yung Board Lot nung kumpanya. Makikita mo naman yan kapag pinili mo na yung kumpanyang gusto mong bilhin. (Wow! Yaman, bumibili ng kumpanya! ) Kung ang Board Lot ay 100, ibig sabihin, pwede ka lang bumili ng shares in multiples of 100. Pwedeng 100 shares, 200 shares, etc. Kung ang board lot ay 10, pwede kang bumili ng shares in multiples of 10. Pwedeng 10, 20, 30 etc. Gets?

Paano Ko Makukuha Yung Pera?

Isa rin yan sa tanong ko dati. Halimbawa after 5 years, kumita na yung stocks ko, paano ko makukuha yung pera? Unang una, dapat, ibenta mo muna yung stocks mo. Hindi mo sya ma-eencash kung hindi mo ibebenta. After mo mabenta, may 3-day grace period ang COLFinancial bago mo sya ma-encash. May form kang pifill-upan for withdrawal of funds, fill-upan mo lang, scan, at email mo sa kanila. May instruction naman sila. Usually, within 1 day, marerelease na yung pera mo at pwedeng ideposit na lang nila sa registered bank account mo na nakarecord sa kanila. Ganun lang kasimple.

Conclusion

Sana, naintindihan nyo itong pinagsusulat kong ito. Kung gusto nyo pang matuto, huwag ako ang tanungin nyo. Isa lang din akong simpleng tao na pumasok dyan, pero technically, ang alam ko lang na rule ay “Buy Low, Sell High” and don’t invest kung walang pang-invest. Haha!
