If you have a scheduled flight, domestic or international, via Cebu Pacific, you should know that starting August 1, they will be on NAIA Terminal 3 already. (Source)
I will travel to Davao this coming weekend via Cebu Pacific, I might as well blog about my experience on the NAIA Terminal 3 in the near future, if I find the time to do so.
