This blog’s bounce rate is high. Which means that most visitors simply bounce on this blog. They come and go, and never come back. They either find this blog boring with nothing much to read that they simply go or they find an interesting ad, click on it and forget this blog.
In an effort to minimize the bounce rate, I repositioned my related post links from the sidebar to the bottom of the post. I also included a 150-character teaser on what the related entries are all about. Hopefully, it could minimize the bounce rate, because new visitors will see my other posts and might be interested on reading them too. On SEO, the teaser could also increase the keyword density of my pages which could also affect search engine rankings (hopefully, in a positive way).
By the way, I’m using the Wasabi related post plugin on this blog.

see yah!
I never knew there was actually a term when people did that mess. Now I know and I like it. I absolutely despise people that do this. Typically when I stop by someone’s blog, I will return with the intent to post on their content; especially if it is interesting content.
So hey, you see me now…you will see me again!
i think they bounce not because of your site, but maybe because of not they are searching topics. If they find the topic they are searching, definitely they stay longer and read entire articles.
