Shet, lumilindol!!! (Sh*t! It’s Earthquaking!) I twittered it this afternoon after realizing that my sudden dizziness was caused by an earthquake! Oh, what a geek! Instead of looking for a safe place immediately, I still managed to twit before panicking. 🙂
The earthquake lasted for around 10 seconds I think. And considering that I was on the 8th floor of this building, the only thing I managed to do was to twit and pray. Just a small prayer asking God not to end my life under the rubbles of a collapsed building. 🙂 Anyway, He listened. The earthquake stopped.
Now, it’s all over the news already. And of course, it’s all over the Philippine blogosphere. Thank God, there’s no severe casualties. All I can see are reports of sudden dizziness.
Funny how the news are not consistent on the magnitude of the earthquake. Some say it’s 4.2. Some say it’s 5.4. It seems that I’m the one who got the accurate measurement, I say, it’s 3.14159265. Hehehe. Yeah, it’s a magnitude of pi earthquake. It gives you headache, nothing more, nothing less, like solving some pi-related math problems.
Ok, enough of my nonsense. Thank God, I’m still alive and kicking and blogging.

Narinig ko nga sa news. I can still remember when I was still in Grade 4, a 6.xx earthquake hit GenSan. ;D
Hahaha, I did the exact same thing! Sheesh, geekville!!
Thank God, it wasn’t that strong. We just keep on praying that the Filipinos be spared from those major ones. We have other problems to face and we cannot afford to see more devastation of people lives and possessions.
